www.ebay.com/itm/EQ30-7-LAUREL-AITKEN-MARTIN-LUTHER-KING-/190994626632?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item2c782ab848the former does indeed sound like Laurel Aitken, but he was gone from JA at this point and I can't correlate with any UK release I don't have the King Oney record but the matrix initial is FRS for Raphael Stewart, so don't think it's same record although coincidentally with "master" in the title......I think this is the Melodians singing for Ruddy Redwood, a blank I've seen paired with another likely Melodians tune called 'bring the curtain down'

I'm only going to muddy the waters, I think. Neither sound much like the declared artists to me, though the Aitken is more tricky as it's spoken rather than sung. Don't think I've ever heard him speak. Having said that it could very well be him going by a blank I have by him called 'Donkey Man' as the matrix is FRR 7715 !). FRR throws you a bit because that could indicate Roy Robinson too. Not sure about the Melodians connection - I know there's a Maytones double-side blank with FRR... matrix - maybe Won't Hear Your Plea? - but that's not this. Conclusion - a-side probably Aitken.
